Over the past few years, we’ve focused on making the Desk365 Agent Portal intuitive, fast, and highly functional. We’ve always aimed to put usability at the forefront of everything we do, and based on your feedback, we’ve largely succeeded on that front.  

However, we also heard something else from many of you: 

“The UX is great, but the UI could use a little more color.” 

We listened. And we agree. 

We’re excited to share that we’re working on a major visual overhaul of the Desk365 Agent Portal, one that brings more vibrance, clarity, and consistency to your daily experience, without changing how you work. 

A more colorful, consistent Desk365

The Agent Portal is getting a refresh with a new UI. Over the next few releases, we bring a more modern and colorful aesthetic to the platform, while preserving all the elements you know and love. The new UI will launch in stages across multiple releases, starting soon.

Here’s what you can expect: 

  • More color throughout the interface, making it easier to visually scan and navigate. 
  • Improved visual hierarchy to guide your focus to what matters most. 
  • Consistent design elements across the Portal, buttons, icons, fonts, and form fields are getting a polished, unified look. 
  • No disruption to your workflow — the layout, widget placement, and navigation remain exactly the same. 


This update is purely visual. We’re keeping the rock-solid UX you’ve come to rely on — but giving it a new coat of paint.
 

A sneak peek

We’re still putting the final touches to the new design, but here’s a first look at what’s coming. Below are a few preview screenshots straight from our design team:

We think you’ll love the refreshed look. It brings more energy and clarity to the Agent Portal and makes spending your day in Desk365 just that little bit more enjoyable. 

We’ll be rolling out these changes gradually over several releases, starting soon. The first release will go live shortly, and we’ll continue updating the rest of the interface in phases over the coming weeks. You don’t need to do anything — once your portal is updated, you’ll see the refreshed UI the next time you log in.
