Yes. The AI Agent is included with Desk365 plans through free monthly credits 100 credits on the Plus plan and 200 credits on the Premium plan. You can continue using the AI Agent beyond these limits by purchasing additional credits as needed. 
The AI Copilot is included with Plus and Premium plans at no extra cost.
Additional AI Agent credits can be purchased as an add-on. You can see the details of the cost for add-on credits on our pricing page. Your plan already includes free monthly credits to help you get started – 100 on the Plus plan and 200 on the Premium plan. Â
The AI Agent can be deployed on any of your internal or external websites. It can also be deployed within your support portal to respond to repetitive tickets. Soon, you’ll be able to add it within Microsoft Teams as well.
